Cased Easel Card - Mixed Bunch

I haven't made an easel card in a while so this did take me quite a while to figure it out again. Here is what I did. I took an 11 x 4 1/4 inch piece of cardstock scored at 2 1/4 and 5 1/2. Fold at scorelines. At this point you do want to look at your card and decide where the dsp will go. Not like someone who put the dsp on the under side. I wonder who that would be? - Ha! =) I think I used the second largest frame for the first layer and the next size down for the second layer. The bottom piece that holds the card up is 2 1/2 x 4 1/4. I love how it turned out!

Coffee Cup Gift Card Holder!

I hope you had a nice Easter! Here I have a coffee cup gift card holder that I've been wanting to make ever since my friend gave me a coffee cup card and I'm very happy with how it turned out. This will be for our gift card themed swap tomorrow night. I've seen it on Inking Idaho's website here http://www.inkingidaho.blogspot.com/2012/01/3x3-coffee-cup-cards-how-to.html on Pat Smiley's blog here http://stampsnsmiles.blogspot.com/2011/08/vintage-coffee-cup-gift-card-holder.html They are not very big as you can see which is what makes them so darling. =) In fact they're so cute that I think I will make a bunch for myself. These can be used as little notecards as well. I was so excited to post this that I forgot to add some pearls to the flowers!

Carter's Peeps!

Aren't these cute? I just love this idea from Pinterest and made it for my grandson. I have never heard of making S'mores with Peeps before. But the graham crackers and chocolates are in there! I don't think words can describe how cute these are. Thanks for stopping in and enjoy the pictures!!

Filled Baskets!

This is a picture of how my grandkids completed their Easter basket project. They will be sharing these with their classmates. One of their schools doesn't allow anything with sugar therefore pens & notepads.

Easter Goodies for the Grandkids

I purchased a bunch of these for a party but we ended up using something else and ended up with a ton of these leftover. So what do I do? I turned it into this!

Cute, eh? It was so easy! All I did was tuck the tops in, attached a one by eight and a half inch strip of cardstock using brads and then decorated the front. I was able to make about 100 of these this week. What a time saver the boxes are!  Here's a closeup of two of them. These will go to the grandkids classes and friends' kids. I love this set, it was so easy to work with!
